So what exactly IS a pony party? A pony party is a fun and exciting way to dress up any kind of get together! Used primarily for children’s birthday parties, pony parties are great for family Bar-B-Ques, festivals and fairs, plays and any reason you can think of! The party can be at our farm or brought to you! All of our ponies are hand walked and gentle. Call and join in on the fun today!
A party at our farm includes the use of two large (10ft) outdoor picnic tables, a complete playground with a tree house, and a fully functional bathroom. Pony rides will take place in our spacious riding ring. Catering packages are available! Feel free to schedule an appointment to come and look at our farm to make sure it is the perfect place for you.
On Farm Packages
¤ $100 - 1 pony for 1 hour. Excludes the use of our eating/play area.
¤ $150 - 1 pony for 1 & 1/2 hours. Includes eating/play area.
¤ $200 - 2 ponies for 2 hours. Includes eating/play area. *Our most popular package!*
*All on farm packages come with the option of decorating the ponies or having them dressed according to the parties theme.
*All on farm packages also include a free birthday “gift” for the birthday boy or girl, which includes an official “Trot N’ Tots” T-shirt, stickers, candy and a gift certificate valued at $50 for another Trot N’ Tots service..
On Farm Catering Packages
¤ $300 – 2 ponies for 2 hours plus cake and ice cream for up to 10 guests.
¤ $400 – 2 ponies for 2 hours plus cake, ice cream, drinks & snacks for up to 10 guests.
¤ $500 - 2 ponies for 2 hours plus cake, ice cream, drinks, snacks, and lunch for up to 10 guests.
*All catering packages are “self serve”. We would be more than happy to provide you with a server for an additional $25 per hour.
*Host/hostess may choose the specific things they would like provided at their party by filling out one of our catering forms.
*All catering packages include the same fun additional items that regular on farm parties include.
Off Farm Packages
¤ A party at your place starts at $150 for one pony for one hour.
¤ An additional travel fee of $2.50 per mile will be added to the total price.
*All Off Farm Parties include Trot N’ Tots “free gift” and come with the option of having the ponies decorated according to the parties theme.
*We cannot cater off the farm.

Crazy about horses? Have a Fantasy Pony Party, where the birthday child gets to keep a pony for themselves! Packages starting at $1500, call for details. Bookings for Fantasy parties must be made at least three months in advance.
